North Carolina home inspectors must meet one of the following three options:

1. Maintain minimum net assets determined by the Board ($5,000 – $10,000)

2. Obtain a bond in an amount determined by the Board ($5,000 – $10,000)

3. Carry Errors & Omissions insurance of $250,000
